I will be actively looking for potential options across upcoming listings and off-market opportunities. For my FULL SERVICE clients, I will provide a shortlist of the best data from the entire market , assessed and ready to review.

Due dilligence

At this step, I will be researching and analyzing the relevant data to provide you a detailed property report. You will be made aware of any risks and I will discuss mitigation options with you.

STEP 6

Strategize and execute

We sit down and assess the market conditions relevant to your property to create a strategic approach for your purchase. We will gauge the price to pay and discuss a few different scenarios that may arise from that offer. Then, it’s go-time , I bid/negotiate on your behalf (purchase price, terms, conditions) to secure the purchase for you.

Oversight

I will ensure that your purchase runs smoothly with no road block along the way. I will guide you on what needs to happen and when. I can shortlist top property managers and trades people for you.

Settlement and beyond

I will attend to pre-settlement with our checklist. Should any problem arise, I will be hands on and help you resolve them. You will be made aware when the property is ready for settlement and I will meet you there with the keys to celebrate your successful purchase.
